Randstad Group is hiring a GTM Revenue Operations Analyst to support a key SAP client. The role focuses on Go-to-Market processes, stakeholder support, and data-driven decision making to drive revenue growth. Strong Excel and MS Tools skills are essential.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a Business Operations or GTM role, a solid business acumen, and fluency in English, with French or Italian as a plus. This is a long-term international assignment within Randstad Portugal.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years as Business Operations Analyst or GTM operations role.
• Strong business understanding and Excel/MS Tools proficiency.
• Experience with reporting tools is a plus.
• Good English; French/Italian a plus.

As part of an international project, we are looking to hire a GTM Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team for our key client: SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key business processes with a strong focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) activities.
• Provide operational support to multiple stakeholders, including Customer Solution Managers, Partner and Territory Ecosystem teams, and their managers.
• Work with the Senior Business Partner to streamline, simplify, and standardize processes and systems.
• Improve efficiency and enable scalable operations.
• Enhance transparency, visibility, and data-driven decision-making to contribute to revenue growth and profitability targets.
• Facilitate GTM transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience working as a Business Operations Analyst or in a similar GTM operations role.
• Strong business understanding and acumen.
• Excellent Excel skills and expertise in MS Tools.
• Experience with reporting tools is considered a plus.
• Good English proficiency; additional languages such as French or Italian are a plus.
• Entry into a stable project with continuity in a prestigious company (SAP).
