Qualificações

• Bacharelado (preferencial).
• 3+ anos de experiência como Business Operations Analyst.
• Forte entendimento e senso de negócios.
• Excel excelente e domínio das MS Tools.
• Experiência com ferramentas de reporting é um plus.
• Bom inglês; outros idiomas são valorizados.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisão de processos de negócio, inicialmente com foco em GTM.
• Apoio operacional a múltiplos stakeholders (Customer Solution Managers, parceiros e equipas de território).
• Colaboração com o Senior Business Partner para simplificar processos e sistemas.
• Melhoria de eficiência e escalabilidade das operações.
• Tomada de decisão orientada por dados e melhoria de transparência.
• Transformação GTM e melhoria contínua.

As part of an international project, we are looking to hire a Revenue Operations Business Analyst to join our team for our key client: SAP

responsabilidades chave

• Process Oversight: Overseeing key business processes, initially with a focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) activities;
• Stakeholder Support: Providing operational support to multiple stakeholders, including Customer Solution Managers, Partner and Territory Ecosystem teams, and their managers;
• Operational Excellence: Working with the Senior Business Partner to streamline, simplify, and standardize processes and systems;
• Efficiency and Scalability: Improving efficiency and enabling scalable operations;
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Enhancing transparency, visibility, and data-driven decision-making to contribute to revenue growth and profitability targets;
• Transformation: Facilitating GTM transformation and continuous improvement.

competências

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred);
• 3+ years of experience working as a Business Operations Analyst;
• Strong business understanding and acumen;
• Excellent Excel skills and expertise in MS Tools;
• Skills in reporting tools (considered a plus);
• Good English proficiency (other languages like French or Italian are a plus).
