A consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager based in Lisbon to lead the local deployment of an international SAP programme. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the local deployment and change management of an international SAP-related programme. This role will be key to ensuring a smooth roll-out across Portugal, working closely with global teams and local stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all phases of local deployment, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Act as the main point of contact between central programme teams and local business/IT teams.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across departments (Management, HR, IT, business units).
• Oversee data cleaning, migration, and testing (including compliance with legal and fiscal requirements).
• Coordinate training sessions and support the update of SOPs and training materials.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and resistance to change, reporting to the global Change Manager.
• Lead go-live preparation and hypercare support, ensuring quick resolution of issues.
• Provide regular reporting and clear communication to both local and global teams.

Profile

• Proven experience in project management for international IS or ERP deployments (SAP experience an advantage).
• Strong skills in coordination, change management, training, and communication.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (French is a plus).
• Organised, proactive, adaptable, and able to lead and motivate teams.
• Willingness to travel to France occasionally.
