Randstad Portugal is seeking a skilled SAP O2C Specialist to join a key client project. You will act as the SAP O2C SME, guide users and SAP specialists, and manage the SAP O2C environment to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes.

The role requires strong SAP SD knowledge, proven O2C ownership, and hands-on troubleshooting ability, complemented by project management skills and fluent English for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of SAP SD: Sales, Pricing, Billing, and Delivery.
• Experience as SAP O2C Service Owner or similar role.
• Hands-on SAP troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Project management skills with ability to plan and execute projects on time.
• Fluent English with ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

We are looking to hire a SAP O2C Specialist to join one of our teams for a key client.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning and execution of O2C related projects;
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the SAP SD module, providing guidance and support to key users and SAP functional specialists;
• Manage and maintain the SAP O2C environment;
• Work with SAP functional experts to analyze and resolve technical issues, as well as implement new functionalities and improvements;
• Create and maintain documentation for O2C processes.

Skills/Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the SAP SD module and related areas, including Sales, Pricing, Billing, and Delivery;
• Proven experience as an SAP O2C Service Owner or in a similar position;
• Hands-on experience with SAP system troubleshooting and problem resolution;
• Project management skills with the ability to plan and execute projects in a timely manner;
• Fluent language skills in English and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
