Job summary

DSwiss AG is seeking a Growth Marketer to transform SecureSafe’s digital channels into measurable growth. You’ll own analytics, run campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and more, and craft landing pages that convert.

The role is Lisbon-based, reporting to the Zurich team. You’ll collaborate with Sales to qualify leads and fuel the pipeline, while exploring new opportunities to grow reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Must have a university degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• At least 3 years in growth, performance or digital marketing, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM and conversion tracking; translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Own website tracking end-to-end including GA4, event and conversion tracking, tag management and dashboards.
• Analyze website and campaign data to derive concrete recommendations; optimise for conversion and UX.
• Drive search visibility with SEO, on-page and AI-driven search optimization.
