Fresha in Lisbon is seeking an exceptional Business Development Executive to drive new business within the global beauty, wellness and self-care industry. You will report to the Europe General Manager and work with the Commercial team and partners to accelerate growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales with a track record of success.
• Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
• Bi-lingual – fluency in Portuguese, English and another language (Spanish preferable).
• Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales targets.
• Outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email and social touches to bring on new business.
• Sell products and services through demos to prospective and existing partners.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with partners to align solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments for a seamless partner experience.
• Provide feedback on trends in the industry.
• Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads and document outcomes in the CRM.
• Serve as lead point of contact for partners on commercial activities.
