Powerdot is hiring a Growth Specialist in Portugal. You will run experiments, analyse funnels, and drive activation and retention across customer-facing channels. You’ll work closely with Product Growth, Engineering and Data teams in a fast-paced, data-first environment.

The role is hands-on with campaigns, dashboards and A/B tests. Ideal candidates have 2 years’ relevant experience, strong BI skills, and a proactive, curious attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Design, set up and manage experiments (emails, features, campaigns) to drive acquisition, activation and retention.
• Analyse funnel and behavioural data to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
• Own experiments end to end: define hypothesis, metrics, implement, and document results.
• Build dashboards and visualisations to interpret channel and experiment performance.
• Configure and launch A/B tests and other experiments focused on growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations to execute growth initiatives.
• Identify risks and edge cases before initiatives go live.
