Powerdot is seeking a Growth Specialist in Portugal to join the Growth team and drive customer acquisition, activation and retention through data-driven experiments. You will design, launch and analyze growth experiments at speed, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations to turn insights into actions.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, funnel analytics, and dashboard creation using BI tools; a strong curiosity and written communication are essential to document

Qualificações

• BI proficiency and strong data analysis mindset.
• Hands-on with configuring tools and campaigns.
• Clear written communication and ability to document experiments.
• Ownership from idea to analysis and learnings.
• Curious and motivated to learn new tools and industry knowledge.
• Exposure to CRM platforms and marketing automation.
• Familiarity with A/B testing concepts.
• Basic SQL for data exploration.
• An internship or coursework in product, growth, analytics or marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Design, set up and manage experiments (emails, product features, campaigns).
• Analyze funnel and behavioral data to identify growth opportunities.
• Own experiments end to end: hypothesis, metrics, implementation, results.
• Build dashboards and visualisations for channel and experiment performance.
• Configure and launch A/B tests and experiments for acquisition, retention, revenue.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations to execute growth initiatives.
• Identify risks and edge cases before going live.
