Powerdot is seeking a data‑driven Growth Associate to join the Growth team in Portugal. You’ll design, launch and review experiments across acquisition, activation and retention, working closely with Product, Engineering and Data to turn bold ideas into measurable outcomes.

• BI proficiency with dashboards and data insights.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on funnels and conversion.
• Hands-on: configure tools, campaigns and ship to customers.
• Clear written communication documenting experiments.
• Own ideas from concept to analysis and learn from results.

Responsabilidades

• Design, set up and manage growth experiments (emails, features, campaigns) to improve acquisition, activation and retention.
• Analyse funnel and behavioural data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Own experiments end to end: define hypothesis, metrics, launch and learning.
• Build dashboards and visuals to show performance across channels.
• Configure and run A/B tests and experiments focused on growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Ops to execute initiatives.
• Flag risks, edge cases and abuse patterns before going live.
