Powerdot is seeking a growth-focused analyst to join the Growth team in Portugal. You will design, launch and analyse experiments across customer acquisition, activation and retention with a hands-on, data-informed approach.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations to implement experiments, build dashboards in Metabase, and confirm hypotheses with metrics. The role emphasizes curiosity, ownership and a proactive mindset in a fast-growing environment.

Qualificações

• BI proficiency is essential and you can build dashboards and extract actionable insights.
• You think in funnels, cohorts and conversion rates.
• You are hands-on: you configure tools, set up campaigns and get work into customers’ hands.
• You communicate clearly in writing and can document an experiment through its hypothesis, method, results and learning.
• You take ownership from idea to analysis and fix problems promptly.
• You are curious, methodical and motivated to learn new tools and industry knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Design, set up and manage experiments (email flows, product features, marketing campaigns).
• Analyse funnel and behavioural data to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
• Own experiments end to end: define hypothesis, metrics, coordinate implementation, document results.
• Build dashboards and visualisations for channel and experiment performance.
• Configure and launch A/B tests and other experiments for acquisition, activation and revenue.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations to execute growth initiatives.
• Identify risks and edge cases before initiatives go live.
