McKinsey & Company in Lisbon seeks a data-driven professional to join the Growth, Marketing & Sales team. You will translate business problems into actionable configurations, orchestrate global delivery, and prepare client deliverables with deep insights.

You’ll leverage analytics to drive breakthrough commercial improvements and collaborate with senior stakeholders daily. You’ll work within a high-performance culture, gaining mentorship, structured learning, and cross-country exposure.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing & sales or statistics/mathematics.
• 1+ years in a consulting/analytics position.
• Excel and PowerPoint required; Alteryx/KNIME preferred.
• Background in Marketing & Sales in B2B; willingness to specialize.
• Experience with analytics, knowledge of R/SPSS/Python, AI tools a plus.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies.
• Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
