PuraVero Home Filtration in Lisbon is seeking a Growth Lead to own paid acquisition and our new D2C ecommerce channel as we scale. You will manage Meta and Google campaigns, testing creatives, budgets, and the metrics that matter.

You will build AI-driven automations (Claude, GPT, and GoHighLevel) to remove manual work, feed the direct sales funnel with high-quality leads, and drive conversions while keeping cost per lead low.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in paid campaigns (agency, in-house or personal projects).
• AI-native mindset with hands-on experience building automations.
• Balance creativity with data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to hustle in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid acquisition end to end on Meta and Google.
• Launch and optimize the D2C ecommerce funnel.
• Create ad concepts and landing pages that convert.
• Build AI automations to reduce manual work across marketing and ops.
