Qualificações

• 1-2 years of work experience at a startup or recent graduate entering startup life.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on acquiring customers and building a growth engine.
• Demonstrates ownership, high energy, and an ability to work with founders.
• Strong written communication and interest in learning new tools/AI.
• Tech-savviness; comfortable using CRM and outreach automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Outreach and Prospecting to Property Owners across active regions.
• Monitor campaign performance and follow up so no lead goes cold.
• Engage owner leads and convert them into booked sales meetings, including cold calls.
• Create marketing content that gets the attention of property owners.
• Test value propositions across local channels and build a referral flow.
• Keep the CRM clean with an accurate pipeline.
• Source and sign up new service providers in active regions.
• Own the sign-up funnel from first contact to onboarded.
• Activate onboarded providers and maintain engagement.
• Draft regional recommendation lists for owners to share with guests.
• Support founders by executing the LinkedIn content calendar.
