Uniek in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Sr. Growth Manager to build the demand engine, craft campaigns, and own the growth stack with AI tooling. You’ll ship experiments and optimize acquisition channels for steady qualified meetings.

You’ll work hands-on with the founding team in person, defining metrics, onboarding processes, and activation paths to scale user adoption of the platform.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in building and scaling demand generation.
• Hands-on with GTM stack and automation.
• Experience with AI tooling and growth experiments.
• In-person work in Lisbon area.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Run outbound and inbound engine, build campaigns and sequences.
• Design and implement go-to-market infrastructure end-to-end.
• Define channel metrics and monitor acquisition performance.
• Collaborate with founders on product-led growth initiatives.
• Own data quality and reporting that informs decisions.
