OnTheGoSystems in Portugal (Lisbon) seeks a hands-on marketer who uses AI agents and automation to drive real marketing work and measurable results. You won't follow a fixed playbook; you’ll shape how marketing operates across content, SEO, email, product marketing, and acquisition.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and support to understand our WPML and localization products, own opportunities from discovery to measurement, and translate data into impactful actions that scale to

Qualificações

Experience using AI agents, automation, or advanced AI workflows in daily marketing work.
Ability to adapt quickly when priorities change and work with partial information.
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into concrete marketing actions.

Responsabilidades

Find marketing and growth opportunities and turn them into concrete actions.
Work hands-on across content, SEO/GEO, email, product marketing, acquisition, conversion, and other areas.
Use AI agents and automation as a core part of everyday work.
Build and improve workflows that help us achieve more with AI.
Use data and business results to understand what works and what to improve.
Collaborate with product, development, and support to understand products and customers.
Take ownership from opportunity identification through execution and measurement.
