ACE OF PERFORMANCE in Lisbon seeks a Senior Ecommerce Growth Marketer to own paid acquisition and drive growth from day one, targeting international DTC brands.

You'll lead Meta and Google campaigns, scale US/UK markets, and collaborate with creative, content, and logistics to optimize CRO and post-purchase experiences, with AI-powered workflows and a flexible hybrid schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google with 50k+ monthly budgets, end-to-end.
• Scale campaigns internationally with focus on US/UK; test TikTok Shop and creator/UGC.
• Track CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rate; report growth strategy to leadership.
• Collaborate with creative/content teams and customer support for post-purchase experience.
• Oversee day-to-day Shopify operations, CRO, and liaise with fulfillment/logistics partners.
• Build and optimize workflows using AI tools for automation, reporting, content, and support.

The Role:

New fashion ecommerce brand launching in the US market. We're looking for a Ecommerce Growth Marketer with real experience scaling international DTC brands, to lead paid acquisition and drive growth from day one.

This is not a corporate role, you'll have direct ownership over paid media strategy and budget, working closely with leadership to scale fast.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google (monthly budgets of 50k+), owning performance end-to-end from creative testing to bidding and reporting

• Scale campaigns internationally with a strong focus on the US and UK, testing new acquisition channels like TikTok Shop and creator/UGC partnerships

• Track and act on key metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate), reporting directly to leadership on growth strategy

• Work closely with creative and content teams on ad performance, and with customer support to ensure a strong post-purchase experience

• Oversee day-to-day Shopify operations (product uploads, page updates, CRO), coordinating with fulfillment/logistics partners and suppliers as needed

• Build and optimize workflows using AI tools (automation, reporting, content, support)

What We’re Looking For:

• Senior experience as an E-commerce Media Buyer

• Proven track record scaling international DTC ecommerce brands (US/UK a strong plus)

• Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads budgets of 50k+/month

• Solid working knowledge of Google Ads

• Strong ownership mindset - you like figuring things out and moving fast

• Very comfortable with AI tools

• Fluent in English

• Experience with TikTok Shop or creator‑led / UGC campaigns

• Experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle DTC brands

• Experience with CRO / A-B testing

• Knowledge of Klaviyo / email / CRM
