Ace of Performance in Lisbon is hiring a hands-on Paid Media owner to launch a US DTC brand from zero. You will own strategy, testing, spend, and reporting, with direct access to the founding team and in-house creative.

We expect experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, Shopify familiarity; TikTok is a plus. You’ll work from Lisbon 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, with a high-performance bonus tied to brand results.

Qualificações

• US or international market experience is a plus.
• Familiar with Shopify platform.
• AI-first mindset and data-driven decision making.

Ace of Performance is a 40-person Performance Marketing Group in Lisbon. We're launching a new DTC project in the US within the fashion space, and we're hiring the person who will own its paid acquisition from zero.

What we need from you
