Job summary

Leonteq AG in Lisbon is seeking a Graduate IT Support professional to join the End User Services Team. You will deliver high-quality IT support and workplace services to enable a global workforce to work efficiently.

The role requires a Master’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering, strong Windows/Microsoft 365 knowledge, and customer-focused communication. You will collaborate with international teams and vendors, and participate in onboarding/offboarding processes.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Good understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and workplace technologies.
Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, and user support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Fluency in business English.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and workplace technology.
Prepare, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals for new and existing employees.
Work with a global team and coordinate with vendors for End User related incidents and issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, connectivity, and collaboration tool issues.
Assist onboarding and offboarding with timely IT equipment provisioning.
Assist with CMDB IT Asset inventory management and automation needs.
Help with end-user application setup and configuration; act as a bridge between IT teams.
Contribute to knowledge base articles and user documentation.
