Leonteq AG in Lisbon is seeking a Graduate IT Support professional to join the End User Services Team. You will deliver high-quality IT support and workplace services to enable a global workforce to work efficiently.

The role requires a Master’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering, strong Windows/Microsoft 365 knowledge, and customer-focused communication. You will collaborate with international teams and vendors, and participate in onboarding/offboarding processes.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and workplace technologies.
• Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, and user support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluency in business English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and workplace technology.
• Prepare, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals for new and existing employees.
• Work with a global team and coordinate with vendors for End User related incidents and issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, connectivity, and collaboration tool issues.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding with timely IT equipment provisioning.
• Assist with CMDB IT Asset inventory management and automation needs.
• Help with end-user application setup and configuration; act as a bridge between IT teams.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and user documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and workplace technology.

• Working with a global team and supporting with Vendors for End User related incidents and issues
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, connectivity, and collaboration tool issues.
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees by ensuring timely IT equipment and access provisioning.
• Assist with management of CMDB IT Asset inventory and contribute with automation requirements.
• Assist with end user Application related setup and configuration issues. Acting as an integration bridge between other IT Operation or IT Development teams.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and user documentation.

What you'll need

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and workplace technologies.
• Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, and user support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in business English

• Relevant internship or previous experience in IT support or End User Services.
• Additional languages (Portuguese, German, French, or Italian).
