• Proven experience in Workday implementation and support.

• Solid understanding of Workday HCM architecture and business process framework.
• Experience with Workday integrations, APIs and middleware solutions is a plus.

• Implement, configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with HR and business processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical Workday solutions.
• Provide functional and technical support across Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking and Absence.
• Configure Workday business processes, security roles, domains and reporting frameworks.
• Optimize HR workflows, dashboards and reports to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Support Workday integrations, collaborating with technical and integration teams when required.
