Job summary

Bolttech is seeking a Senior Value Proposition Manager to drive end-to-end development of new, scalable propositions across protection and digital services. You will turn market insights into standardized concepts, toolkits, and repeatable growth opportunities across markets.

You'll lead cross-functional work across Product, Digital, Engineering, Pricing, Underwriting, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and regional teams to deliver launch-ready propositions and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in value proposition, product innovation, product strategy, or a closely related role.
• Strong track record of taking products from insight to launch and scale.
• Experience developing propositions for multiple markets and channels.
• Customer-led research, prototyping, and desirability testing skills.
• Ability to balance customer value with revenue potential and operational feasibility.
• Proficiency in defining launch plans, messaging, and enablement content.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of globally scalable value propositions across protection and digital services.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Product, Digital, Engineering, Pricing, Underwriting, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and regional teams.
• Define launch readiness criteria, pilots, and full-scale rollout with measurable outcomes.
• Create reusable blueprints, playbooks, toolkits, and governance guardrails for scalable execution.
• Develop positioning, packaging, pricing inputs, and go-to-market plans for regional deployment.
• Monitor product performance and drive data-driven optimizations post-launch.
