Bolttech Inc is seeking a Senior Commercial Product Manager to drive market analysis and define device protection and consumer electronics insurance products for European and African markets. You will coordinate with underwriting, pricing, sales, and digital product teams to ensure viable, desirable offerings and successful launches.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and strong English communication to support growth with partners and clients across regions.

Qualifications

• At least 6-8 years experience with general insurance, in particular device protection, consumer electronics insurance, and insurtech trends.
• Ability to synthesize data, conduct market analysis, and make data-driven product recommendations.
• Experience in balancing product desirability, viability, and feasibility to achieve business objectives.
• Track record of launching and optimizing innovative products in competitive markets.
• Experience working with digital product and/or engineering teams, understanding technology trends and digital transformation in insurance.
• Fluency in English
