Job summary

bolttech is seeking a senior internal consultant to partner with Executive Committee and leaders, shaping workforce strategies to enable growth and transformational change. You will drive workforce design, capability development, and operating model changes across the Product and Technology functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an internal consultant or business partner.
• Experience in workforce planning, org design, and role development.
• Proven ability to influence leadership and drive change across functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ExCo and senior leaders to translate strategy into workforce plans.
• Lead workforce transformation initiatives including operating model changes and capability development.
• Manage headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Identify future capability requirements and design reskilling and AI-readiness programs.
• Act as strategic advisor on workforce implications of business decisions.
• Drive change management, leadership alignment, and communications for transformation programs.
• Use workforce analytics and scenario modelling to inform executive decisions.
