Shine is hiring a Senior Tech Recruiter for Iberian markets, based in Madrid or Porto, with a data-driven, outbound-focused approach to sourcing top engineering talent.

The role requires managing high-volume, high-scarcity recruitment, partnering with engineering managers, and ensuring strict data governance and GDPR compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualificações

• Experience leading technical recruiting for high-demand engineering roles.
• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese; full fluency in all three is a strong advantage.
• Numbers-driven with funnel metrics to steer daily operations.
• Fast-execution style with adherence to GDPR and data governance.
• Ability to push back data-backed to align hiring panels.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technical hiring for our most critical infrastructure and engineering squads in Iberian markets.
• Build outbound pipelines targeting Spanish and Portuguese tech ecosystems.
• Collaborate with engineering managers to translate complex system requirements into sourcing plans.
• Maintain high data integrity and ATS hygiene for reliable reporting.
• Leverage AI and automation within official governance and GDPR frameworks.
