Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience sourcing education professionals across regions.
• Knowledge of modern recruitment practices and data-driven hiring.
• Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and profiles.
• Lead international sourcing strategies for education roles.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for priority roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing using global networks and channels.
• Leverage AI recruiting tools across sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.
• Improve recruitment workflows and ensure accurate ATS data.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with timely communication.
• Share market insights to strengthen employer branding.
