This hands-on player-coach role combines strategic influence with practical execution, leveraging market intelligence and Greenhouse to improve hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering senior, complex hires across commercial and business functions.
• Experience managing leadership/director-level recruitment from scoping to offer.
• Hands-on player-coach with coaching colleagues and improving team capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management, able to influence senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and director-level roles across Commercial, Operations and Support.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business objectives into clear hiring strategies and assessments.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using market research and direct sourcing.
• Facilitate recruitment kick-offs and hiring discussions to align stakeholders and decisions.
• Coach Talent Acquisition colleagues and provide hands-on support for priority vacancies.
