xelerate.tech is seeking a domain expert to own our global marketing automation platform built on Salesforce. You will lead lead management workflows, campaign automation, CRM integration, and governance across regions, translating business needs into ready-to-deliver user stories.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Demand Gen, and Commercial teams, write clear acceptance criteria, ensure GDPR compliance, and drive adoption with KPI tracking and an AI-enhancement roadmap aligned to the Product

Formación

3–5 years in marketing technology, product, or business analysis in a B2B corporate environment.
Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) including campaign automation and lead lifecycle management.
Solid understanding of CRM integration models and GDPR-compliant data practices.

Responsabilidades

Act as the primary domain expert for the marketing automation platform across global regions and stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clearly defined, well-prioritized user stories and product increments for squad delivery.
Own end-to-end B2B lead management workflows: capture, scoring, nurture, handoff, and reporting.
