You will be the go-to domain expert for a global Marketing Automation platform within the Salesforce ecosystem, owning platform configuration, lead management workflows, campaign automation, CRM integration, and governance. You will have a direct impact on how the organization attracts, captures, and converts B2B prospects into commercial opportunities at scale, owning your domain backlog end-to-end in close alignment with the Product Owner.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact and domain expert for the marketing automation platform across all global regions, building trusted relationships with Marketing, Demand Generation, and Commercial stakeholders.
- Translate business needs and pain points into clearly defined, well-prioritized user stories and product increments ready for squad delivery.
- Own and continuously improve end-to-end B2B lead management workflows: lead capture, scoring and grading, nurture flows, sales handoff, and closed-loop reporting.
- Ensure seamless bi-directional integration between the marketing automation platform and CRM, maintaining clean prospect-to-contact sync, reliable campaign attribution, and pipeline visibility.
- Own the strategy for enriching the prospect database with external data signals, leading structured evaluation and controlled piloting of enrichment providers.
- Own platform governance: email allotment monitoring, prospect database hygiene, access rights and user provisioning, and data retention policy, ensuring GDPR and regional compliance.
- Write clear, well-structured user stories with defined acceptance criteria, participating actively in sprint planning, discovery, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor platform performance and adoption metrics, maintaining a near-term AI capability roadmap (e.g., AI-based lead scoring) in alignment with the Product Owner.
Your Skills and Experiences:
- Solid, production-proven experience (3–5 years) in a marketing technology, product, or business analysis role in a B2B corporate environment.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot), including campaign automation, Engagement Studio, lead scoring and grading, forms, and prospect lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM integration models, including prospect sync, campaign member status, and opportunity attribution.
- Experience with platform governance, including email allotment management, database hygiene, access rights, data retention policies, and GDPR-compliant data practices.
- Ability to write clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria, working effectively within an Agile delivery setup.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work independently with Marketing, Commercial, and Digital teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- Familiarity with external data enrichment providers and AI-powered marketing features (predictive scoring, send-time optimization) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with an autonomous and problem-solving mindset.
