myPOS is expanding and seeks a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage payroll for 200+ employees across six European countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role includes driving the Deel system implementation, data integrity across HR and Finance systems, and close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, HR, and Treasury teams.

We require fluent French, English and Italian, strong Excel skills, and experience with multi-country payroll.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in multi-country payroll within Europe.
• Expertise in France and Italy payroll regulations.
• Solid knowledge of European labour law and employment administration obligations.
• Experience with global payroll systems (Deel or similar) is an advantage.
• Fluency in French, English and Italian (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Drive implementation and optimization of Deel Global Payroll.
• Ensure 100% compliance with local regulations and timely payroll processing.
