myPOS is expanding and seeks a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to lead payroll for 200+ employees across 6 European countries, implement Deel, and ensure compliance with local regulations. You will collaborate with Finance, HR and Treasury to provide payroll data for monthly closes and audits, while maintaining data integrity and accurate benefits administration.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-country payroll management (Europe).
• Expertise in France and Italy payroll regulations.
• Solid knowledge of European labor law and employment administrative obligations.
• Experience with global payroll systems (Deel or similar).
• Fluent in French, English and Italian (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Advanced Excel for reconciliation, data analysis, and reporting.
• GDPR and data confidentiality knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll Operations & Data Management: Manage monthly payroll for 200+ employees across 6 European countries; validate inputs/outputs with Deel; ensure 100% regulatory compliance; drive Deel Global Payroll implementation; maintain data integrity across HR and Finance systems.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Serve as the main contact for Finance, Accounting, HR and Treasury; provide payroll data for monthly closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting; support audits and maintain documentation; coordinate payroll funding with Treasury.
• Employment & Benefits Administration: Manage contracts, amendments, transfers, promotions, departures; administer benefits (health insurance, allowances, meal vouchers); support employees with payroll and benefits questions; maintain absence/leave records.
• Process Excellence & Compliance: Anticipate regulatory changes in each jurisdiction; standardize payroll/employee administration processes; document procedures; uphold a culture of control and compliance.
