Deel, a leading payroll and HR platform, is hiring a Senior Payroll Implementation Specialist to oversee global payroll deployments for clients across multiple countries. You will drive end-to-end projects, from onboarding and requirements gathering to data migration and go-live support.

You will collaborate with HR and finance teams, ensuring compliance and accurate payroll processing. Fluent English and Dutch are required, with PMP or similar certification as a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across designated location.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end payroll implementation for Deel’s clients.
• Lead onboarding, scope definition, and rollout planning.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and clients to gather requirements.
• Configure interfaces, reports, and data migration for payroll systems.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws.
• Produce and review payroll reports and audits.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates for stakeholders.
