Deel is recruiting a Solutions Engineer for Global Payroll in Portugal. You will partner with Global Payroll Account Executives to translate client needs into compliant, scalable solutions throughout the sales process, from discovery to hand‑off for implementation.

The role requires 4+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering, with hands-on experience in HCM/payroll integrations (Workday, SuccessFactors) and strong technical communication skills.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales.
• Experience with Global Payroll or HCM organisations.
• Familiarity with payroll-based ERP integrations (Workday, SuccessFactors).

Responsabilidades

• Showcase the value of Deel’s Global Payroll platform to deliver technical wins.
• Consult with prospective customers to assess payroll practices and identify improvements.
• Own solution discovery, RFP responses, platform demonstrations and integration workshops.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to advocate for prospect needs and improve messaging.
• Stay up-to-date on global payroll legislation, trends and best practices.
• Support Partnerships & Marketing initiatives.
