As part of our expansion, we're seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to lead payroll management for our 200+ employees across 6 European countries. You will orchestrate our payroll processes, drive the implementation of our new Deel system, and ensure impeccable compliance with local regulations.
Orchestrate the monthly payroll cycle for ~200 employees across 6 countries (France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Portugal) Validate payroll inputs and outputs with our Deel partner Guarantee 100% compliance with local regulations (taxes, social contributions, legal deadlines) Drive the implementation and optimization of Deel Global Payroll Maintain data integrity for all employees across all systems (HR, Finance)
Be the go-to contact for Finance, Accounting, HR, and Treasury teams Provide payroll data for monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Support internal and external audits; maintain impeccable documentation Coordinate with Treasury to ensure timely payroll funding and statutory payments
Manage the complete employee lifecycle: contracts, amendments, transfers, promotions, departures Administer employee benefits (health insurance, allowances, meal vouchers, etc.) Support employees with payroll, employment documentation, and benefits questions Keep employee records and absence/leave tracking up-to-date
Anticipate and implement regulatory changes across each jurisdiction Standardize and improve payroll and employment administration processes; document procedures Maintain a culture of control and compliance
