myPOS is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to oversee monthly payroll for 200+ employees across six European countries. You will drive the Deel system implementation, ensure compliance with local regulations, and maintain data integrity across HR and Finance systems.

You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, HR, and Treasury to support monthly closes, audits, and payroll funding, while administering employee benefits and payroll inquiries.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-country payroll management (Europe).
• Fluent in French, English, and Italian (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel for data reconciliation and reporting.
• GDPR and data confidentiality knowledge.
