Air Liquide is seeking an HR administrative professional to manage payroll runs and related activities in a dynamic SSC environment. You will ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely disbursements across countries.

The role requires fluency in English and German, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with external payroll providers. A degree in HR and prior payroll/HR administration experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Human Resources Management or comparable discipline.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Experience as an HR administrative assistant, preferably in a shared services environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute payroll runs and validate results, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare payroll data and monitor inputs for processing per country rules.
• Manage payroll disbursement, posting, and statutory submissions.
• Support year-end processes and audits with third-party providers.
• Respond to payroll data change requests and monitor data quality.
