Indie Campers in Portugal is seeking an Operations Strategy Specialist to drive a high-performance global operating model and implement processes to improve fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will lead strategic development across capacity planning, real estate, training, and health & Safety, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with regional and local teams.

Qualificações

• Holds a degree in Business Management, Engineering, Economics or similar field.
• 6-8 years of experience in strategic consulting or operations strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence at senior levels.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead advanced strategic development for global fleet operations including capacity planning and customer experience.
• Create standard operating procedures for central and local training.
• Conduct complex operational data analyses to uncover trends.
• Develop and optimize models for decision-making and process execution.
• Design operational processes, policies, and procedures at regional/local levels.
• Lead strategic projects, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Mentor and manage junior members of the Operations Strategy team.
• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt central strategies locally.
