Indie Campers in Portugal is seeking a Regional Fleet Analyst to optimize regional fleet operations, manage depots, and ensure high availability and cost efficiency. You will own end-to-end processes from vehicle management to supplier negotiations, stock control, and logistics coordination, collaborating with local teams and external partners.

Fluency in English is mandatory, and a background in transport, logistics, or engineering helps.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination, procurement or operational management is a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end regional fleet processes to maximize availability.
• Manage a portfolio of local depots and stock levels.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and logistics with external providers.
• Lead supplier relationships and procurement for regional needs.
• Support expansion projects and new location setups.
• Track KPIs and use data to improve fleet efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Schedule maintenance and obtain cost estimates.
