Indie Campers in Lisbon is seeking a Regional Operations Excellence Intern to support regional operations across depot networks. You will gain hands-on experience in operational management, supplier coordination, and regional performance execution, with focus on fleet availability and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Current student or recent graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Balanced analytical and organizational skills.
• Willingness to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment.
• English fluency mandatory; German and/or Italian is a plus.
• Attention to detail and structured problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Support local operational procedures alignment with regional standards.
• Assist leadership in achieving fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and efficiency targets.
• Act as contact for local suppliers and partners; monitor service quality.
• Support stock replenishment and inventory coordination across depots.
• Assist in monitoring real estate standards for health, safety, and operations.
• Support procurement activities including supplier sourcing and coordination.
• Contribute to expanding supplier and real estate networks in the region.
• Help implement initiatives to improve efficiency and cost optimization.
