Guesty is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to drive onboarding, configuration, training, and value realization for hospitality clients. You will own customer engagements, tailor solutions, and coordinate with product, support, and sales teams to ensure successful adoption of the Guesty platform.

You’ll work closely with clients across multiple properties, translating complex technical needs into practical configurations while maintaining exceptional communication and project management

Qualificações

• Fluency in French with professional proficiency in either Spanish or Portuguese.
• 3+ years in Professional Services, TAC, or Enterprise Support in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with a STEM degree or relevant technical experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to own projects and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, be proactive, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer onboarding, configuring the Guesty platform and training users.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and act as trusted advisor.
• Customize and optimize account settings to meet client requirements.
• Conduct engaging product training sessions via video conferencing.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to increase engagement and utilization.
• Serve as primary point of contact during onboarding and address questions.
• Develop comprehensive product expertise to assist customers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to enable effective platform use.
• Assess customer business and technical needs for optimized configurations.
• Gather customer feedback and relay to Product teams for improvements.
• Create onboarding best practices and materials.
• Manage data migration, validation, and configuration to meet customer needs.
• Escalate issues in coordination with CSM and CX teams.
