Guesty, a global hospitality technology platform, seeks a Professional Services Consultant in Lisbon. You will directly engage with customers, manage onboarding, configure the Guesty platform, and train users to maximize adoption and value.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a similar SaaS role, fluent French and another language (Spanish or Portuguese), strong communication and project ownership skills, and a STEM background. Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite is a plus.

Qualificações

• Professional proficiency in French and another language (Spanish or Portuguese).
• 3+ years in a similar role as a Professional Services Consultant, TAM, or Enterprise Support, ideally in a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong technical and analytical skills; STEM degree or relevant technical work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer onboarding with system configuration, training, and relationship management.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, becoming their trusted advisor.
• Configure and optimize Guesty account settings to meet client requirements.
• Conduct product training sessions via video conferencing to maximize usage.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to boost engagement and adoption of the platform.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and address questions.
• Develop product expertise across the Guesty platform to assist customers effectively.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth system use and timely resolutions.
• Assess customer needs and provide optimized configurations and best practices.
• Gather feedback and relay to Product teams to drive improvements.
• Create onboarding best practices and materials for consistency and scale.
• Collect and manage customer requirements, data migration, and configuration work.
