Deel is seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to lead global client deployments of our all-in-one employee management platform from Portugal. You will guide customers from onboarding to durable, long-term relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on operational and product-related issues.

You’ll work with internal teams to champion new features and capabilities, ensuring smooth implementations and scalable processes while maintaining a customer-centric, results-driven approach.

Qualificações

• Multilingual: French and English are highly valued for client onboarding across regions.
• 3+ years in a customer onboarding role for a B2B SaaS product, ideally HR/Payroll/Finance domains.
• Strong customer obsession and ability to teach others, either customers or colleagues.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Clear written, presentation, and verbal communication of complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Adaptable, proactive, autonomous, and capable of prioritizing blockers in a dynamic context.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and monitor the global Employee Management Platform onboarding projects for a diverse client base.
• Become a Deel product expert and a go-to resource for customers and internal teams.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and align client use cases with Deel best practices.
• Provide global payroll expertise and drive continuous improvement across deployments.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience & R&D to document implementation processes and best practices.
