Deel is seeking a client onboarding specialist to guide migration projects from acquired companies onto the Deel platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, manage onboarding timelines, and coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering.

You will own onboarding plans, escalate issues, and champion product capabilities to expand each client's use of Deel while ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years experience in a Customer Onboarding or Customer Success role supporting a B2B SaaS product.

Responsabilidades

• Set up project plans with key deliverables and dates.
• Oversee regular customer status meetings and reporting.
• Manage data migrations from acquired companies to Deel, including QA gates.
