You will transform high-value automation opportunities into secure, measurable infrastructure capabilities, guiding virtual teams across domains and balancing innovation with accountability. You will translate priorities into a multi-year roadmap, define measurable outcomes, and promote reusable engineering practices while aligning with global service

Qualificações

• 10+ years in infrastructure operations, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Experience as principal architect or lead product technologist in a global enterprise.
• Proven delivery of automation/AI-enabled solutions to multi-service production.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, observability, APIs, and IaC practices.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex technical choices to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Translate priorities into a multi-year capability strategy and roadmap for infrastructure automation and AIOps.
• Maintain demand view across domains and provide clear prioritization by service impact.
• Define product vision and measurable outcomes for cross-domain automation and AIOps capabilities.
• Create and promote reusable engineering practices, including APIs, integration patterns, and reference implementations.
• Coordinate decisions with global service owners and partners to ensure alignment.
