adidas in Porto is seeking a seasoned GBS Mobility Partner to own end-to-end relocation cases, align with global mobility policies, and ensure a smooth employee relocation experience. The role focuses on compliance, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, legal, and vendor partners.

You will manage complex cases, work with RMCs and immigration/tax vendors, and drive process improvements to enhance employee experience and program effectiveness.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in global mobility, relocation management, or mobility operations within a multinational environment or relocation service provider.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex end-to-end relocation cases with external vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact and manage end-to-end relocation cases domestic and international, guiding stakeholders on policies and timelines.
• Coordinate with RMCs, immigration and tax vendors to ensure data exchange, compliance and timely case initiation.
• Monitor case progress, drive issue resolution, and escalate risks with vendors and internal teams.
• Track relocation data, costs, and invoices with high accuracy; ensure data integrity across mobility systems.
• Contribute to process improvements, playbooks, and knowledge articles for Global Mobility.
• Provide practical guidance on housing, schooling, healthcare, and settling-in topics for relocating employees and families.
