BNP Paribas in Lisbon seeks a Global Mobility Policy and Procedure Analyst to define, update and deploy international assignment policies within the Group’s mobility function.

You will maintain policy documentation, support policy changes, train HR clients, and ensure compliance. The role offers the opportunity to work with global HR teams and authorities, focusing on cost-efficient, compliant mobility solutions.

Qualificações

• University degree in a relevant field
• Professional level of English and French
• Excellent spoken and written communication
• Ability to work methodically with evolving documents
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused

Responsabilidades

• Define, update, deploy and control international assignment policies and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date policy documents and internal client comments
• Propose improvements and efficiencies to procedures
• Run global cost analyses and cost-saving initiatives
• Oversee policy application and compliance
• Train internal HR clients on policy changes
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs and organize SLA meetings
• Collaborate with legal, compliance and other internal/external parties
