Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG in Portugal is seeking a trainee to support operational and document-management activities for the mT&C Legal Operations project. You will work under guidance to gain practical exposure in an international environment, collaborating with Legal, Business and IT stakeholders across countries.

Responsibilities include formatting localized documents, managing uploads and metadata, and contributing to training materials.

Qualifications

• Recent degree or final-stage studies in a related field (Law, Business Admin, Management, Info Systems).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail essential.
• Interest in document management, digital tools and automation.
• Good English written and spoken; international environment experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support review and formatting of localized mT&C documents per corporate standards.
• Assist with document uploads, naming, metadata updates and version control.
• Help maintain SharePoint libraries, trackers and project documentation.
• Support preparation and quality review of Word and PDF legal documents.
• Assist with updates in the mT&C Power App and related tools after training.
• Contribute to training materials and recurring project communications.
• Track status of country document packages and follow up on open tasks.
• Suggest improvements to recurring document-management tasks.
