Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Trainee - Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Project Execution Team in Portugal. You will assist the PM to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while managing client relationships and on-site works.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field, fluency in Portuguese and English, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. A flexible work model and health insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or similar.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
• Availability for domestic and international travels with possibility to work abroad when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Manage on-site relationship with the client and stakeholders.
• Manage the on-site works and materials.
• Implement tasks related to internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Assist the PM ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Monitor a detailed project plan and track progress.
• Assist the PM in managing changes to the project scope, schedule and costs.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
