Job summary

Siemens AG is offering a Test Governance & Coordination Trainee position in a hybrid setup, combining remote work with office presence in Portugal. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with collaboration tools like Teams/SharePoint Online.
• Internship or student jobs in an IT-related environment is a plus.
• Interest in software quality, testing, digital platforms, and project coordination is welcome.
• Interest in AI technologies to enhance collaboration, productivity, and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and improvement of Testing, test Governance & Quality Assurance documentation and wiki pages within the ALM environment.
• Assist in organizing test activities, acceptance testing, workshops, and team meetings while learning testing management in complex software projects.
• Coordinate testing-related documentation and collaborate with international stakeholders across teams.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyse test results to support transparent reporting and decision-making.
• Contribute to quality assurance activities and learn modern software development and testing methodologies.
• Learn how agile teams collaborate and how quality is integrated in the software delivery lifecycle.
