AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon seeks a Senior Director, Head Launch Excellence to lead global launch operations, shaping the Launch Excellence capability across GwL, and building AI-enabled workflows for repeatable launches.

You will partner with Global, Regional and Market teams, set readiness standards, manage an offshore capability center, hire and guide the Launch Excellence group, and ensure governance, risk management and performance dashboards are in place.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15+ years in biopharma marketing across global/regional/local roles.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and launch execution experience.
• Experience with digital tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and operate the LEX model with clear governance and service levels.
• Lead Launch Excellence team and partner with Global, Regional and Market teams.
• Establish readiness standards, risk logs and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across brands and markets.
