Amgen in Lisbon seeks a Senior Director, Head Launch Excellence to lead LEX operating model definition and readiness standards. You will coordinate with Global, Regions and Markets to drive strategic launch plans, risk management, and cross-functional execution across brands and markets.

The role emphasizes senior stakeholder engagement, leadership of the AIN Launch Excellence team, and development of scalable learning and AI-enabled workflows within AMGEN’s capabilities center in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Extensive biopharmaceutical commercial experience, 12–15+ years across global, regional and local marketing.
• Proven track record leading launch excellence and launch governance.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with digital tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and operationalize the LEX operating model, including launch-clock scope and escalation paths.
• Set quality standards for launch readiness planning and milestones.
• Partner with Global, Regions and Markets to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Implement clear rules for LEX support based on brand priority and risk.
• Lead the AIN Launch Excellence team with defined roles and processes.
• Develop onboarding and learning modules for global launch capabilities.
